What is the duration and cost of your courses?

Door Supervisor Training

Duration: 6 days

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Exam Format: Multiple-choice questions

Number of Exams: 4

Cost: £350 (includes a free First Aid course)

Start/finish times: for all courses are 9.30am – 5.30pm

Door Supervisor Refresher Course

Duration: 3 days

Start/finish times: for all courses are 9.30am – 5.30pm

Exam Format: Multiple-choice questions

Number of Exams: 3

Cost: £180 (includes a free First Aid course)

CCTV Operator Training

Duration: 3 days

Start/finish times: for all courses are 9.30am – 5.30pm

Exam Format: Multiple-choice questions

Do you offer online courses?

No, all our training programs are conducted in person to ensure hands-on learning and
practical experience.

Will I receive a certificate upon course completion?

Yes, upon successfully completing your course, you will receive a certification accredited by
Highfield Qualifications, recognized within the security industry.

Do you provide job placement assistance?

Yes, Job placement opportunity after SIA Badge has been granted.

What are the entry requirements for your courses?

Entry Requirements for Our Courses:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Valid ID and proof of address are required.

You must be available and punctual for all scheduled days of the course you choose.

How can I enrol in a course?

To enrol, please contact us via our website, phone, or visit our training centre. Our team will
guide you through the registration process and provide further details.

Is a criminal background check required for enrolment?

For certain courses, such as Security Guard Training, a background check may be required in
accordance with industry regulations.

Do you offer instalment payment options?

Yes, we provide flexible payment plans, including instalment options for select courses.

Do you provide support for learning difficulties?

Yes, we are committed to ensuring all our students have an equal opportunity to succeed.

What happens if I fail an exam?

We have an overall pass rate of 95%. However, if a learner does not pass an exam, they will
have the opportunity to resit the exam unit. The first two resit attempts are free. After that,
a £50 fee applies for each additional resit.

Where is your centre located?

Our training centre is located in Broadstairs, CT10 2RZ, at the rear of Nelson College.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we offer free parking directly outside the centre.
